Assignment Procedure Whilst each assignment we undertake is unique, the research process can be broadly
defined as follows:- - Briefing meeting with the Consultant
to gain a thorough understanding of the client business, it's culture, the job description and person specification.
- Preparation and submission of a target list of companies that are most likely to
provide appropriate candidates.
- Detailed research carried
out into each relevant company to identify names and job titles of all appropriate personnel. This identification report is then submitted to the Consultant for review and approval.
- Approaches are then made to all prospective candidates. In addition to this, potential sources are also approached
as part of the "recommendation seeking" that automatically accompanies each assignment.
- Submission of the Candidate CV (or CV details) of individuals who have expressed an interest in the opportunity and
who match the client's specifications.
- Consultant interview
/ selection of candidates for inclusion in their shortlist.

Salary Surveys
A useful benchmarking tool for Consultants and their clients. Often undertaken
as a pre-cursor to the recruitment process, salary surveys are carried out on a bespoke basis, in line with a thorough client
brief. Salary surveys provide specific information about a target pool of professionals. This information can
then be used to support Reward and Recognition policies, company re-structuring and recruitment campaigns.
